Chipol Real Estate (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (CPRE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinese-Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company (Chipolbrok). CPRE was established in September, 1998 and registered at Room 2706, No.55, East Yanan Road, Shanghai. We manage all the properties of Chipolbrok in China and provide relevant service. The company has Gongshanglian Mansion (at the CBD of the Bund), Yandang Building (the first foreign commercial and residential building in Shanghai) and Huaizhong Building (the excellent neoteric protect building of Shanghai). We have 4 departments. They are Business Department, Financial Department, Project Department and Property Department. Our principle is "Customer Supreme, Safety First". We will try our best to provide our clients with nice office and living environment.
